How much is my shipping?
  GodfatherPaintball.com is now offering our customers free priority shipping on all orders except paintballs with no strings attached we are the only paintball site that truly honors this offer. Free Priority Shipping is automatically applied to all orders.the only thing we ask of our customers is a small handling free and other then that free shipping with priority mail and we also have the absolute rock bottom prices we will not be beat!

Now here are the limitations.

Available only to shipping destinations in the contiguous 48 United States Free shipping Does not apply to orders on paintballs.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
 
Godfather Extreme Sports Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy:
    • Due to the nature of the products listed on our website and in our brick & mortar store ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please refer to the warranty chart for defective items.
    • Returns are not available unless Airosft Godfather Xtreme Sports  has pre-authorized the return under extreme circumstances.
    • All dead on arrival (DOA) warranty claims must be made within 48 hours of the receipt of package.
    • All items returned to GXS must first receive authorization from GXS RMA Department. Please e-mail info@godfatherextremesports.com  for return requests. Please do not ship back anything without prior authorization from GXS.
    • Any item(s) sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.
    • All RMA returns must be accompanied with the issued RMA number as well as any requested information(i.e. e-mail correspondence, written note of a summarized phone conversation with GXS).
    • Please keep in mind that you are not our only customer, RMA's take time to process. In order to be fair to everyone all RMA's will be processed in the order that they are received.
    • A %15 restocking fee will be applied to all items authorized for return by Airsoft GI's RMA Department,As well as walk ins
    • If you would like to cancel an order you must do so by calling GXS at 732-529-5284. If the package has already been delivered to UPS a %15 restocking fee will be applied as well as additional transportation charges.
    • Restocking fee and rate is subject to change at any time, at the discretion of GXS.
    • All upgrade parts are sold as is, all sales final, absolutely no exceptions.
    • Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping for any item(s) is not covered under any warranty, absolutely no exceptions.
    • Removal of orange tip and/or the use of low quality BB's(found at sporting goods stores) voids any and all warranty.
    All warranties are in effect the date of purshase.
  • All airsoft guns purchased from Godfather Extreme Sports  Also Known as Godfather Paintballare covered under a 48 hour, comprehensive, warranty.

  • Subject to the exclusions contained below, GXS warrants all airsoft guns sold through www.godfatherpaintball.com and GXS walk-in store to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage for 48 hours.
    • GXS, at its option, will at no charge repair or replace all airsoft guns that do not conform to this warranty. We may use functionally equivalent, reconditioned/refurbished/pre-owned or new products, accessories or parts. Shipping, both to, and from, GXS is not covered by Airsoft GI and is the sole financial responsibility of the product owner.
    • To receive this warranty for your airsoft gun, please contact Airsoft GI at info@godfatherExtremesports.com with your name and order number and a description of the problem.

      Exclusions:
      Abuse and Misuse. Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse, or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting form misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; (c) use of the products for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessory to abnormal usage ro conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the fault of GXS, are excluded from coverage.

      Unauthorized Service or Modification. Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteratino, or modification in any way by someone other than GSX are excluded from coverage. This includes removal or alteration of the orange safety tip. Products that show evidence of tampering are excluded from coverage.

      Other Limitations. Any Implied warranties, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration of this limited warranty, otherwise the repair or replacement as provided under these express limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer, and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express of implied. In no even shall GXS be liable, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) for damages arising out of or in connection with the ability or inability to use the products to the full extent these damages may be disclaimed by law.

    • The aforementioned warranty applies to Echo 1 guns for the duration of 14 days. The GXS warranty for Echo 1 guns is completely exclusive from the Echo 1 manufacturers warranty and covers magazines, batteries, and chargers.
    • Echo 1 guns are also covered by a 30 days manufacturer warranty that covers internal parts only, for warranty claims after 14 days please contact Echo 1 at www.echo1usa.com
    • After the GXS warranty expires, the customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer on warranty issues, if applicable.
